1. Parties

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Weartocop LLC, a company incorporated under the laws of the State of Wyoming, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (hereinafter "Weartocop" or "the Seller"), and any individual making a purchase on www.weartocop.com (hereinafter "the Customer").


2. Products

Weartocop sells carefully selected and reconditioned streetwear items. All products are pre-owned items restored to meet Weartocop's quality standards.


3. Orders

Customers place orders by adding products to their cart and completing payment. Orders are confirmed by a confirmation email sent to the address provided by the Customer.

Weartocop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of prior disputes, suspected fraud, manifest pricing errors, or out-of-stock situations.


4. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes. Weartocop reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Orders are charged at the price in effect at the time of validation.

Accepted payment methods include: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and buy-now-pay-later via Klarna. All payments are secured through Shopify Payments.


5. Shipping

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days following payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are:

  • France: 3 to 7 business days

  • Europe: 5 to 12 business days

  • International: 7 to 21 business days


Applicable shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout. Weartocop cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.


6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, EU-based customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to withdraw from the purchase, without providing any reason or incurring penalties.

To exercise this right, customers must notify Weartocop by email at contact@weartocop.com before the 14-day period expires.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and verifying the returned item.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that are clearly used, damaged, or incomplete upon receipt.


7. Reconditioned Items

All items sold on weartocop.com are pre-owned and reconditioned. Each item is inspected, cleaned, and assigned a quality grade clearly indicated on the product page. By purchasing, the Customer acknowledges the pre-owned nature of the products.


8. Legal Warranties

EU customers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under applicable EU and national consumer law. For second-hand goods, this warranty period is 12 months from delivery.

Customers also benefit from the guarantee against hidden defects under applicable law.


9. Liability

Weartocop shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from the purchase of its products. In any case, Weartocop's liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.


10. Personal Data

The processing of personal data collected during orders is described in our Privacy Policy, available on the website.


11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact our customer service at contact@weartocop.com to seek an amicable resolution.

For EU customers, if an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the Customer may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr


12. Governing Law

For customers residing in France or the European Union, these Terms are subject to French law and mandatory provisions of the consumer law of the Customer's country of residence remain applicable, notwithstanding the American legal structure of Weartocop LLC.
