Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days following payment confirmation. Orders placed on Friday afternoons, weekends, or public holidays are processed from the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.


2. Shipping Origin

Orders are shipped from our partner warehouses. The shipping location may vary depending on stock availability and logistics optimisation, without affecting the delivery times stated below.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

The following timeframes are indicative and begin from the date your order is dispatched:


Metropolitan France: 3 to 7 business days

Europe (EU and non-EU): 5 to 12 business days

International: 7 to 21 business days


These timeframes are estimates. Weartocop cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, peak periods (holidays, sales), or customs inspections.


4. Shipping Fees

Free shipping is available on all orders of 150 € or more. Below this threshold, applicable shipping fees are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout based on the destination and parcel weight.


5. Order Tracking

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving the shipping notification for tracking information to become active.

6. Taxes and Customs Duties

For deliveries within the European Union, displayed prices include applicable VAT.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and local taxes may apply in accordance with the regulations of the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order price. Weartocop has no control over these charges and recommends checking with local customs authorities before placing an order.


7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost or if you receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@weartocop.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We will open an investigation with the carrier and offer you a solution as quickly as possible.


8. Incorrect Delivery Address

Weartocop cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please carefully verify your delivery information before confirming your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@weartocop.com. We will do our best to update the address, but cannot guarantee changes once the parcel has been dispatched.
