Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers residing in the European Union have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without providing any reason or incurring any penalties.


2. Return Conditions

To be accepted, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, exactly as received

  • The item must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way

  • Original tags must be present and attached

  • The item must be carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit


Weartocop reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. Items returned in a damaged or clearly used condition will not be eligible for a refund.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to contact@weartocop.com with the subject line "Return — Order Number", including your order number and the reason for the return

  • Our customer service team will confirm the eligibility of your request within 48 business hours

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send back the item

  • Ship the item to the address provided by our team


Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service to provide proof of return in the event of a dispute. Weartocop cannot be held responsible for parcels lost during the return shipment.


4. Refunds

Upon receipt and verification of the returned item, Weartocop will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used at the time of the original order.

The refunded amount corresponds to the price of the returned item. Initial shipping fees are only refunded if the entire order is returned, and only up to the amount of standard shipping costs.


5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Items with removed or missing tags

  • Items damaged by the customer after receipt

  • Items returned after the 14-day return period


6. Defective or Non-Compliant Items

If you receive a defective item or an item that does not match its description, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@weartocop.com, including photos of the item and its packaging.

In such cases, Weartocop will cover the return shipping costs and will either replace the item (subject to availability) or issue a full refund.
