DELIVERY

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free above a certain order amount. Below this threshold, shipping fees apply depending on your destination.

What are the delivery times?

Each order is sourced, checked and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

Estimated delivery times from dispatch vary depending on your country.

Europe: 3 to 10 business days
USA/Canada: 5 to 10 days.
Australia: 4 to 10 days.

This means an estimated total delivery time of 6 to 15 business days depending on your country.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package in real-time via our dedicated page. For any questions, contact us at contact@weartocop.com.

My package seems to be stuck, what should I do?

Delivery times may vary depending on carriers and peak periods. If your tracking has not been updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us—we will do our best to provide you with a quick response.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return an item?

Yes, you have 14 working days after receipt to make a return. The item must be unworn, in its original condition, with the Weartocop certification tag intact. Any return submitted without the tag will be automatically refused.

How do I request a return?

Contact us at contact@weartocop.com, providing your order number. Never return an item without first obtaining the return address — packages sent without our agreement cannot be processed.

Are there any return fees?

Return shipping fees are at your expense, unless the item has a proven defect or an error was made on our part. We recommend tracked shipping — we cannot be held responsible for a package lost during return.

How long does it take to get reimbursed?

Once the return is received and inspected, the refund or credit is processed within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the processing is complete.

ORDER & PAYMENT

How do I cancel my order?

Cancellation is only possible within 12 hours of your order, and only if it has not yet been prepared. Contact us promptly at contact@weartocop.com stating your order number.

I haven't received a confirmation email, what should I do?

If your payment has been debited, your order has been successfully placed. First, check your spam folder. If you can't find anything, contact us with your full name and the email address used for the order — we will resend the confirmation quickly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, as well as 3-interest-free installments via Klarna. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

AUTHENTICITY

How do you guarantee the authenticity of the parts?

Each item is examined according to each brand's specific criteria — stitching, labels, colors, materials — before being validated. Only authentic items receive the Weartocop certification tag. To learn more, visit our Our Process page.

What is the Weartocop certification label?

This is proof that your item has gone through our entire process: authentication, refurbishment, quality control, packaging. It must remain intact until you are sure you want to keep your order—any return without a tag is automatically refused.

Are the items guaranteed?

Our items are refurbished and certified. Each piece is precisely described — general condition, any minor residual imperfections. If the item received does not match the description, please contact us immediately.
